This story is dedicated to Dave and Pat Currie of Jacksonville Beach,
who were two of many First Coast residents to experience the beauty of
Chihuly’s work at the Biltmore Estate last year and whose reporting on
the event to our Publisher helped inspire this article. Dave Currie was
a beloved member of Ocean Park Baptist Church who died of cancer
this May.
